Having never been to mass on Ash Weds with kids I didn't know about the stickers they give the little ones (instead of ashes) so this is probably a common occurrence - it's very sweet!

That is so cute! My kids got the real ashes, but we went to regular mass.

Grady got real ashes and had SO many questions about the experience as it was his first experience (that he remembers anyways). Bryce just pointed at everyone's foreheads trying to take a swip to wipe them off!
