Finn and Tess's Great-Great Aunt Ruth passed away yesterday, the last of her generation on the Barber side. In the past few months, Ruth had been declining and not getting out much, but Andrew and Dale occasionally took Finn by to see her. I think he always liked going by to visit and of course she loved to see him. Unfortunately Tess never got to meet her but we'll be able to tell stories about Ruth and the rest of the Barbers for many years to come.

PS. On a happier note we are SOOO happy that Granddad is back home. I'm sure that Finn will be asking to "see you on the computer" today, so let me know when you're free to talk. We love you!

Nico, What a lovely post. It is so nice to have those two pictures of Aunt Ruth to have for final memories. You know what a treasure the kids were to her.
